So, looks like we will have quite the drama :O
So it seems like arranged marriage to me, either Komaba becomes baseball pro, or he would be working as head of Mikage farm. That would leave Hachiken away ofc. Let's see.
I know nothing about baseball and don't really care, but when they announced our guys are playing against the Hakodate team I betrayed our protagonists and was genuinely cheering on Hakodate.
It's only fictional but I am too biased to care xD

So sad that Komaba's team has lost! but still I'm so into all this baseball game process when I watch it in anime that really feels exciting and I can't sit calmly- totally those moments are the best for me.
Dang, sad to see Komaba and his team lose like that. Interested to see how he reacts to it now that it is all said and done. And with having to help deliver the two calves, Hachiken just can't catch a break.
The ending of this episode had a really weird feeling. Most of the classmates were positive about how far the baseball team got, optimistic for next year, etc. Then we see Ichirou's empty desk, Aki lost in thought, and then some morose scenes of the empty baseball training field...right as the super cheery ED song comes in. The mood didn't fit together at all.
Nice Hachiken x Mikage moments this time around. Loved it when Hachiken asked if their plans were still on and she answered very excitedly. Also, props to the girls for being wingwomen completely tackling Tokiwa who was gonna third-wheel lmao
